What are your pool hours/ regulations?
Pool hours are 10am - 10pm, Mon-Sun. Pool towels are available at the pool. Please do not use room towels. Please no glass bottles in the concrete pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty. All children 13 years, and younger must be accompanied by and adult. No smoking allowed in the pool area.
Can we bring our boat?
Yes! When bringing a boat, we ask that you drop the boat and park the tow vehicle next to it. There is trailer parking in the area next to the dock.
Do you offer boat rentals?
Not at this time.
Is there a boat dock/slips on-site?
Yes! All boat slips have 110V power for charging boats. Please dispense of trash in the available containers. All boat slips are $20 from 4pm check-in to 10am check out.
Boat dock swim deck is available for all guests to use. Please be advised, there are no lifeguards on duty. All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. Smoking is not allowed on the boat dock.
What time can we check-in?
Check-in is at 4pm. You do not need a key- the doors are smart-locked.
What time is check-out?
Check-out time is 10am. Cleaners will be at the unit promptly at 10am. Please wash dishes and turn out the lights upon leaving.
Where do we park?
All "H", "C" units and "M" 2/3 and 4/5 have parking in front of the unit. "D" Units can park in front of the two story. Each unit has one parking spot only. Please park additional vehicles near the dock.
Can we grill?
All units have a Charcoal BBQ grill. Guests should bring their own charcoal. Please make sure coals are extinguished. Grilling is not allowed on unit decks.
Is there a firepit?
There are several communal fire-pits in the area. Please use caution. Wood may or may not be available. You are welcome to bring your own.
Is there free Wi-fi?
Yes. The Wi-fi password will be provided upon check-in.
Will our unit have a TV?
Yes. All units have a smart television.
Do you have "Quiet time" hours?
Yes. To allow all guests to relax, we ask that you are quiet between 10pm and 8am.
Are there guest services on location?
No. Neccessities are provided.
Do you have on-site laundry?
Laundry is limited and available in the bottom of the 2-story tan building.
