We love Fido!

• Prior approval for all pets is required.  Please call to confirm approval prior to making your reservation. Without prior pet approval, you may be asked to board your pet, and you will be responsible for the entire stay if the unit that you reserved is not PET FRIENDLY.

• Pets are only allowed inside designated units. Current dog-friendly units include: All C and D Units

• No cats are allowed.

​

• Only dogs under 30 lbs. are allowed. Larger dogs must be preapproved, and are not allowed in all dog-friendly units.

​

• No more than 1 dog per unit is allowed.
   

• Vaccinations must be current, including Bordetella (kennel cough). You may be asked to provide proof of shots.
   

• Dogs must be free of fleas and ticks.

​

• Dogs must be crated if left unattended in the unit, no exceptions allowed.

​

• Dogs must be on a leash at ALL TIMES, if you are outside on the grounds. Pet owners are responsible for the behavior of their animals. Kimberling Cove Resort will not be held liable for any injuries caused by dogs while on the property.

• Dog owners are responsible for picking up their pet waste, and supplying their own waste-baggies.

​

• Continual barking or bad behavior will not be tolerated. Pet owners with excessively loud dogs will be asked to leave, without a refund.

​

• Dog owners are responsible for any damage caused to the unit. Your credit card on file will be charged for damages from a pet.

​

• Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
